ORDERS
Once an order is placed, the order cannot be altered or canceled. Product availability is subject to change. In the event that an order is placed and the item is out of stock, we will automatically refund your original payment method and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

CANCELLATIONS
Please bear in mind that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to process orders quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.

SHIPPING
Orders ship within 5-10 business days via USPS, Fedex or UPS. The shipping rate is determined by the weight and destination of the order. Please be aware 1000grams only ships domestically and only to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days of placing your order please contact 1000gramsllc@gmail.com. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdelivered orders. Considering this, please contact the mail carrier to help locate a package and/or file a claim.

PAYMENT
1000Grams accepts most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). Payments may be subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer/payment provider and us, to maintain security and prevent fraud. We reserve the right to check the validity of the card or decline certain payment methods and/or refer to a different payment method depending on the circumstances. Each order purchase amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods.
